e7557256b8 fix(forge-1.20.1): relocate options template to extra/ and standardize keybinds 
- Move master options.txt to config/defaultoptions/extra/options.txt to fix early-boot display driver race condition skipping initial settings
- Strip duplicate keybinding lines from extra/options.txt for clean DRY separation with keybindings.txt
- Restore standard keybindings: Left Shift for Crouch (sneak) and Left Control for Sprint (sprint)
- Remove redundant root config/defaultoptions/options.txt file
- Update instance README.md and mod-configs.md documentation and operational runbook scp targets
- Update releases link in instance documentation to git.sotohome.top endpoint

e3b866b989 fix(automodpack): decouple client options sync and separate keybindings template 
- Move default keybindings to config/defaultoptions/keybindings.txt for modern Default Options mod compatibility
- Remove root options.txt from AutoModpack host folder to prevent wiping player audio, graphics, and FOV preferences on boot
- Strip key_ lines from config/defaultoptions/options.txt to leave clean first-launch defaults
- Update instance README, mod-configs matrix, and operations manual to document the two-file default options architecture

31490656b2 feat(config): integrate Default Options mod and streamline AutoModpack 
- Add defaultoptions-18.0.5 to AutoModpack client host payload (17 client mods)
- Remove /options.txt and /servers.dat from AutoModpack force-copy loop
- Create master defaultoptions template (config/defaultoptions/options.txt)
- Configure master audio levels (Master 60%, Music 25%, Hostile 75%, Ambient 40%)
- Enforce standard controls (Sneak=Shift, Sprint=Ctrl) and unbind FTB Chunks map
- Remove obsolete servers.dat from payload
- Update repository documentation (README.md, mod-configs.md, operations manual)
